Sweepstakes Rules & Guidelines

1. General Rules

  • Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
  • Must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec)
  • Employees of JobSight, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible
  • Void where prohibited by law
  • Only one entry per person per sweepstakes unless otherwise specified

1.1 Entry Methods

Entry methods will be specified for each individual sweepstakes and may include:

  • Email subscription to JobSight newsletter
  • Social media engagement (likes, shares, comments)
  • Completing a demo request or trial signup
  • Attending webinars or virtual events
  • Referring new users to JobSight
  • Becoming a paid subscriber to JobSight Pro
  • OR entering for free by mailing your full name, email address, and phone number on a 3x5 card to:

1.2 Entry Period

Each sweepstakes will have a specific entry period with clearly defined start and end dates. Entries received before or after the specified period will be disqualified.

2.2 Prize Limitations

  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
  • No cash substitution except at JobSight's sole discretion

  • Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification
  • Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited

3. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries
  • Selection will be conducted by JobSight or an authorized third party

3.2 Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via email within 5 business days of selection
  • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize
  • Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected

  • By participating, you grant JobSight the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes
  • JobSight may share your testimonials or feedback publicly
  • Your participation may be featured in marketing materials
  • You agree to be contacted about JobSight products and services

4.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Using automated entry methods or bots
  • Creating multiple accounts to increase entry chances
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Attempting to manipulate the entry or selection process
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

  • JobSight is not responsible for technical failures or malfunctions
  • JobSight is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries
  • JobSight is not responsible for unauthorized access to entry information
  • JobSight is not responsible for printing or other errors in promotional materials
  • JobSight is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from participation

5.2 Force Majeure

JobSight reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any sweepstakes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or changes in applicable law.
